MyDime Systems Private Limited’s vision is to facilitate and nurture digital engagement, to create happier

The Company
In August 2013, Johnson Mannil founded MyDime Systems Private Limited.
With 18+ years of prior experience in building and implementing software solutions for the wholesale banking domain,
across the Americas and Asia Pacific.
In addition to his people skills, Johnson brings to the company his expertise in seamless product go-lives,
spanning Product Design & Development, Requirements Analysis, Product Management, Implementation & Services,
and Solution Consulting.
Ashwati Maya Franklin, is the second Director at MyDime. Ashwati has worked for many years as a Technical Writer,
for Software Product Companies internationally. She also has worked as a Director of a Literary Agency.
At MyDime, her primary focus is Product Design & Usability, Customer Onboarding and Training.
The Product
Our focus is to create a DIY, Cloud-Based, Subscription Driven, eCommerce Platform, called UpMarket.
UpMarket allows businesses across the globe to directly engage with their customer base, understand them better,
receive and act upon pertinent analytics and thus drive sales and business growth through continual engagement.
The engagement between businesses and their customers often characterized as (B2C), businesses and other
businesses (B2B) or customers and their businesses (C2B), we believe are all engagements between people,
or People To People.
UpMarket allows the business to create and maintain its own Responsive Website & Mobile Web App, and manage Products,
Orders, Payments, Stocks, Discounts, Sales, Shipping, Tracking & Analytics, via the UpMarket Management Console.
UpMarket has been designed 100% DIY, where by the business can manage all of these aspects by themselves,
with zero technical skills.
Detailed customer engagement analytics, allows the business to further personalize their customer engagement,
thus helping their customers through their decision making journey.
